Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or exchanged for any reason, so we encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. Due to the nature of handloom products, slight variations in color due to photography lighting are to be expected and are not eligible for returns. Similarly, small thread knots or irregularities are characteristic of handcrafted sarees and should not be considered defects.
To safeguard both our customers and our brand, we require a video of the parcel being opened for any claims related to damage or defects. The video must clearly show the unboxing process from start to finish. Without this video, we will not be able to process any return or exchange requests. This measure ensures that any issues can be promptly and fairly addressed.
Every saree is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If, however, you receive a product that appears to be damaged, please contact us within 1-2 business days with your order details and the unboxing video. Our team will review the footage and respond with the next steps. If a return is approved, the saree must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact. The saree should be folded as it was delivered, and no signs of wear or use should be visible.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking capabilities to avoid any loss during transit. Please note that Kesika Weaves is not liable for any product lost during the return shipment. Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will reimburse the return shipping cost according to our rates, but additional charges cannot be covered. Although we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with product exchanges if your return request meets our criteria. At kesika weaves, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner. Below is the detailed shipping information for our products.
1. Sarees :
We aim to dispatch all saree orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary, but most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
2.Terracotta Jewellery :
Since each piece of terracotta jewelry is handcrafted with care, the production and shipping process takes a little longer. Please allow 15 to 20 days for your terracotta jewelry to be shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the estimated delivery time.
Additional Information:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We offer free shipping on all orders above 15000.
